●Children 14 years old and under must be accompanied by guardians.
●When minors(under 18) apply for the tour, the Consent of Guardian is needed.

●You will receive a lift ticket and coupons for rental equipment at the reception counter. Please exchange them by yourself at the ski resort.
●Tour conductor will not accompany you.
●Please cooperate with the instructions of bus driver/ conductor/ guide on the bus.
●Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Please refrain from drinking alcohol and consuming strong-smelling food on the bus.
●Space for luggage on a tour bus is limited. One snowboard/person is accepted for free.
●The number of bus stops available for dispatching buses at Nagoya Station is limited. If there are many passengers, you may have to wait. Please make sure that departure may be delayed by 10 to 20 minutes from the scheduled time in such cases.
●Arrival and departure times may be delayed or changed due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, or other factors.
●Seats on the bus are assigned. A seating chart listing the representative's name will be available on the bus on the day of travel, so please confirm the representative's name and take your assigned seat.
●After arriving at the ski resort, the bus will move to another location or be locked, so please manage your luggage by yourself. Please use the pay-lockers at the ski resort facilities.
●Any arrival and departure time could be late due to traffic congestion or weather condition etc. We will not be able to arrange for taxi, accommodation if the return time is late.
●Property theft, loss, or misplacement often occurs at departure points, arrival points, and rest areas. Loading and unloading on the bus is a free service provided by the crew, and they are not responsible for the custody of your belongings. Please take care of your personal belongings.
●Please fasten your sheet belt on a bus. Children 3 years old and under may not join this tour since they can not fasten the belt because of its structure.
●The rental service may become very crowded during peak periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays, weekends and public holidays. Please be aware that we may not be able to provide your desired items or sizes. Additionally, please note that the rental process may take a considerable amount of time.
●When you rent something, you must present a valid form of ID (such as a driver's license or student ID), so please bring it with you.
●Rental ski equipment includes skis, boots, and poles, and rental snowboard equipment includes a board and boots. Please bring your own accessories (gloves, hats, goggles, etc.).
●When exchanging a lift ticket for a lift pass (IC card), 500 yan deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the lift pass (IC card). A separate deposit is also required for entry to the Kids' Slope of the Snow Play Plan.
●If you experience sudden illness or symptoms such as fever during your trip, you will be required to leave the group. In such cases, no refund of the tour fee will be made. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
●A room for trunk of a tour bus is limited. Large-size suitcases (total dimensions: 150cm～) or snowscoots might not be accepted.
●In case of the ski resort cancels the tour due to insufficient snow, we will notify you by the day before departure. Please note that if any lifts are operating, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
●The tour may be canceled due to traffic congestion, snow conditions, or other reasons. Trip cancellations will be announced at the meeting place. No refunds will be provided for travel expenses from your home to the meeting place.
●The tour will not run if there are no bookings 10 days prior to the departure date.
